I’m Anna, a photographer specialized in lifestyle, music events and street photography.
From outdoor and indoor artists portraits to sold out smoky basement gigs, crowded music festivals and demos, I have a thing for shooting people.
I’m Italian but have been based in Berlin since 2011.
I was only 3 years old when I received my first toy camera and 11 when I found myself partying hard with my first drum kit. Since then photography and music went hand in hand: while playing any kind of percussion in different bands, I have deepened my taste for visual poetry – I have graduated in Florence (Academy of Fine Arts) as theater set designer and in Milan (IED) as photographer.
Later on I moved to Rome and then to Luxembourg where – while working for start-ups – in my free time I had the chance to work as a street photographer for local newspapers, to shoot at music events, and to travel a bit more with the aim of collecting enough material for both music and photo projects.
As Head of Artist & Label Relations at iMusician Digital and as freelance photographer I now help independent musicians to distribute their music online worldwide and to promote themselves through my pictures.
