Portraits and promotional images created for Low, the stage name of Sardinian singer-songwriter Laura Garau, based in Berlin.

Laura Garau, she/her, was born and raised in Sardinia and is currently based in Berlin. She started playing keyboards and piano at the age of eleven, later teaching herself acoustic and electric guitar after being inspired by one of her favourite songwriters.

Through music, sound and written texts, Low gives voice to an inner world shaped by background, memory and lived experience.

Her music moves through deep, warm and melancholic pop with elements of indie, combining tenderness, vulnerability, passion, rage and sarcasm.
